Directions

Microwave Directions
  • Measure 1/3 cup hot water in a 1 cup measure.
  • Add mix and stir gently until powder is dissolved.
  • Let stand 1 minute.
  • Pour into a small Pyrex or other glass bowl.
  • Cover with paper towel and microwave on MEDIUM (50%) for 70 seconds.
  • Lift paper towel to check for doneness.
  • Recover and continue cooking at 20 second increments on MEDIUM just until center is set.
  • Cooking times vary depending on your microwave.
  • Keep covered and let stand 2-3 minutes before serving.
Stove-Top Directions
  • Measure 1/3 cup hot water in a 1 cup measure.
  • Add mix and stir gently until powder is dissolved.
  • Let stand 1 minute.
  • Coat a small fry pan with a non-stick spray and heat pan over MEDIUM heat.
  • Pour egg mixture into the hot pan and cook until the bottom is brown.
  • Flip over onto a plate and serve.
